Privacy Policy

This website and the guide Organizing Your Family with AI are operated by Shira Yoga LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site, download the free sample, or buy the guide, and what we do with it.

The short version: we collect only what we need to deliver your purchase and send you the free sample. We don't sell your information. The guide itself never asks you to send us your family's information; your Family Hub lives in your own accounts.

Information we collect

Free sample requests: the email address you enter in the form.
Purchases: your name, email address, billing address, and the products you bought. Card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout page and are never seen or stored by us.
Messages you send us: the content of any email you send to hello@famorg.ai.
Usage and device information: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider and, if enabled, by advertising tools (see "Cookies and advertising" below).

How we use it

To deliver what you asked for: the free sample, your downloads, and your access to the web edition.
To process payments, refunds, and any order questions.
To send you occasional tips and news about the guide, if you requested the free sample. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
To understand which ads and pages work, and to improve the site.
To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and to prevent fraud.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the store, and only as needed for them to do so:

Stripe processes payments. For purchases, Stripe may act as the merchant of record (the official seller that handles sales tax and VAT), and its own privacy policy applies to the information you give at checkout: stripe.com/privacy.
Netlify hosts this website and stores free-sample form submissions.
Resend may send order emails with your download link.
Google Fonts provides the website's fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram), if our advertising pixel is enabled, receives information about visits and purchases from this site (see below).

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Cookies and advertising

We may use the Meta Pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. When it's enabled, it uses cookies and similar technology to record events such as page visits, starting a checkout, requesting the free sample, and completing a purchase, and Meta may use this to show you ads. You can limit this by blocking third-party cookies in your browser, by using your device's ad-tracking settings, or through your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences. Depending on where you live, this kind of sharing for advertising may be considered "sharing" under privacy law; you can ask us to opt you out by emailing us.

How long we keep it

We keep purchase records for as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes. We keep free-sample email addresses until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Messages you send us are kept as long as needed to help you.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop using it for marketing, by emailing hello@famorg.ai. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the European Union), you may have additional rights, and we will honor requests as required by applicable law. We won't treat you differently for making a request. We may need to keep some information, such as purchase records, where the law requires it.

Children

This site and the guide are for parents and other adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children. The guide asks parents not to enter children's sensitive information into AI tools.

Security

We use reputable providers and secure (HTTPS) connections, and paid files can only be opened with signed, expiring links. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us if you notice anything unusual.

International visitors

We're based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
