Terms of Sale & Use

These terms apply to this website and to the digital products sold on it: the guide Organizing Your Family with AI and the Family Autopilot Bundle (together, the "Products"). The site and Products are offered by Shira Yoga LLC ("we", "us"). By buying or using a Product, you agree to these terms.
What you get
The Products are digital: a phone-friendly web edition, a printable PDF and, for the bundle, printable worksheets, a prompt library, and a tracker workbook. Nothing is shipped. Product descriptions on this site describe what's included.
Your license
When you buy a Product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own household. You may read it on your devices, print copies for your household, and fill in the worksheets and tracker for your family. You may not resell, share, publish, upload, or give away the Products or your download links, in whole or in part, or use them to create a competing product. All content remains the property of Shira Yoga LLC and is protected by copyright.
Access and delivery
- After payment, you'll reach a download page with your files. Bookmark it: every time you open it, it gives you fresh links.
- Download links last 7 days each time they're generated. The web edition link lasts 12 months, and you can get a new one from your download page at any time.
- If you have trouble accessing your purchase, email us and we'll sort it out.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where required. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, which may act as the merchant of record (the official seller) for your purchase. Your receipt and card statement will show Shira Yoga LLC, and may also mention Stripe.
Refunds: 30-day guarantee
If the guide isn't useful to your family, email hello@famorg.ai within 30 days of purchase with the email address you used at checkout, and we'll refund you in full. No forms or explanations needed. When an order is refunded or disputed, access to its downloads and web edition ends.
Not professional advice
The Products are about the logistics of family life. They are not medical, allergy, nutritional, psychological, legal, tax, or financial advice. For your child's health, allergies, or development, talk to your pediatrician or another qualified professional.
AI tools and other services
- AI makes mistakes. AI tools can misread dates, mix up details, or leave things out. You're responsible for checking what matters (dates, deadlines, payments, and anything you act on) against the original source.
- The Products describe third-party services such as Google, Apple, Microsoft, Stripe, and various AI and school apps. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We're not affiliated with them, and their features, prices, and settings change over time.
- Follow your school's, daycare's, and other parents' rules and privacy, and don't share other people's information with AI tools.
Disclaimer
The Products are provided "as is". We work hard to make them accurate and useful, but we don't promise any particular result, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Examples in the Products (including the Levy family) are illustrations.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shira Yoga LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Products or this site, and our total liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you; nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update the Products (for example, to reflect changes in the tools they describe) and these terms. Updates to the Products are included in your purchase. The version of these terms in effect when you bought applies to that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
